Post hernia question?

Ever since my hernia surgery 2 years ago I have a very difficult time ejaculating. It's getting to the point where barely anything comes out at all. The surgery itself went very smoothly, I was home the same day and had very little discomfort. I've been hoping it was psychological or that it would eventually return to normal but nothing has happened. I'm 63, in very good health I don't drink alcohol or smoke.

Injury may occur while dissecting the hernial sac from the cord structures. The injury causes an eventual fibrotic narrowing of the vas. Please check with your Dr.
Very strange. Even if they damage the vas deferens, that is only 3% to 5% of your ejaculate. It really should have nothing to do with your ability to climax. Usually, that’s a result of medications, nerve injury, or diabetes.
