Pulmonologist Questions Fatigue

I feel very tired after walking a little bit. Should I consider a pulmonary check up or a cardiac check up?

These days I am unable to walk even the usual distance that I was once very comfortable walking. I have not gained any weight but I feel breathless and tired very fast. Could this be a pulmonary problem or a cardiac one? What kind of a test should I go for?

pulmonary assessment is advised- but cardiac assessment may be needed as well
It is hard to tell from your description. Shortness of breath has any number of reasons including endocrine etiologies. Start with your primary care physician who can listen to your symptoms, complete an examination and order appropriate testing. If the workup points in one direction, you can be referred appropriately to the correct specialist if needed.
It can be both or either of the two depending on the history. Your PCP can help guide and get some preliminary testing for either.
