What is the reason for my erectile dysfunction after prostate surgery?

I recently underwent a prostrate surgery. It has been 6 months since my surgery, and I am now for the first time experiencing erectile dysfunction. What is causing this and how can I treat this?

Many causes of post- prostatectomy ED. Some is just anxiety induced. Time and relaxation help.
Generally it is a nerve injury or nerve stretching from the removal of the gland. The other is a change in blood flow. Improving vasodilation helps the problem
Often time resolves the problem.
Erectile dysfunction is very common after radical prostatectomy (up to 80% of men). Erectile dysfunction can also occur after TURP and simple prostatectomy.
