I am a 27 year old female. I will have carpal tunnel surgery. Should I wear a wrist brace after carpal tunnel surgery?

Yes, an ACE brace during the day for 4 weeks should be good.
No! However, at 27, please be sure you need the surgery. Carpal tunnel is quite rare in your age group.
The answer is no. After successful carpal tunnel release surgery, you should no longer need to wear a carpal tunnel brace.
