“Should I visit a pain management physician?”
I've been experiencing lower back pain already for one year. I don't know what to do or what it's really from. Should I visit a pain management physician to help?

Yes. Make sure they do a physical exam then, if needed, imaging.

Yes, normally low back pain will resolve within a few days or weeks. Since yours has persists it should be evaluated by an interventional pain management physician.
