Good morning. Swollen lids could be caused by many different things. You need to make an appointment with your eye doctor in case you need to be started on antibiotics.
Usually, swollen eyelids at your age is due to a seasonal allergy. Make sure to wash your face and eyelids when you come in from outside. If it persists, you might need allergy drops.
