Can teeth whitening strips damage your enamel?

I have been using teeth whitening products and strips for about a year. Lately, I am noticing that my front tooth feels rough. Could these teeth whitening strips be ruining my tooth enamel?

Before you use the whitening strips, are you flossing and brushing? Is there anything you do after you remove these strips. Some debris may have settled on your front tooth. Brush your teeth gently not raking them. If you are using a broom, you clean better if you sweep lightly. Digging bristles into any area does not clean better, Is your dentist keeping track of you while you are using these strips. You might want to visit your dentist.
Anything that is used excessively can damage. Use as directed and it shouldn’t.

The whitening strips will not damage the enamel.
There's an old saying if a little bit's good, a whole lot is better, but this is not true in the case of whitening. What you are doing if you are not closely following the instructions is possibly over-applying caustic acidic acid.
As long as you're going for your periodic cleanings to the dentist
They could if you are over-doing the bleaching stripes.
Whitening happens through dehydration of the enamel. Constant use can lead to overly dry teeth which will accumulate a biofilm which feels rough. It is recommended that you space out these whitening sessions appropriately.
It sure can, you have to ask your dentist to check them for you. Also, check what type of strips, the concentration of the peroxide, etc. Please stop all these products till you see your dentist.
