“Testicle mild ache?”
My right testicle has a very mild ache. It does come and go throughout the day. It seems that be above or on top of the testicle. I have no discharge or burning while urinating. Testicle does not seem to tender. Just a mild ache. It does seem to get worse after standing awhile and laying down seems that ease the ache. I was treated for trichomoniasis with metronidazole. 7 day treatment., a week later the achy testicle began. Could be unrelated. Epididymitis or varicocele came up on a search, but really don’t fit the classic symptoms.

I think you need to be examined physically and you may need scrotal US to R/O epididymitis Vs Varicocele
It probably is due to the trichomonas and the diagnosis just from your symptoms is going to be epididymitis. At this time, you need to wear supportive underwear use Advil, Motrin, and make sure you were treated appropriately with metronidazole.
