Can I use red light therapy on my knees if I have a total knee replacement, for fat lost?

If you continue with pain, then the answer is Peripheral Nerve Stimulation.
I don't think so. Red light or infrared is not for losing fat regardless of the knee replacement.

You can, but if that is the only thing you are doing for fat loss it will fail. It should be a wholistic total body approach to achieve optimal results. Think of it as the sum is greater than the parts. Good luck.
If by red light you mean light in the 600nm range, often referred to as cold laser, the answer is yes.
