Wearing masks?

Hi, my question is can wearing a mask for long periods of time mess with your oxygen levels, 8 to 10 hours a day.

No, wearing a mask for a long time does not affect your oxygen level.
I do not think with normal activities it will. If you are doing stressful exercise - say marathon training - then possibly I am wearing 6–8 hours a day and they sure are uncomfortable. What is important is to limit your contact with others, especially those without masks or wearing them incorrectly.
