I am a 22 year old female. I want to know what are periods like with PCOS?

They could be delayed, they could be 6 weeks or longer between 2 menstrual cycles. You could have bleeding less than 3 days or more than 7 days.

Well, the answer is pretty much the same whether or not you have a history of PCOS. Pretty much everyone experiences irregular periods at one time or another. The only difference with PCOS is that it does increase the risk of ovulating irregularly. Because of this, you tend to have irregular periods with PCOS. However, not everyone with PCOS has irregular periods.
