Spondylolisthesis is the slippage forward or backward of a vertebral body in the spinal column. Chiropractic adjustments can help to stabilize this joint. Im assuming its in the lumbar spine, so a lumbar support brace can be worn to help depending on the severity of the spondylolisthesis.
Core strength, hamstring stretches, and keeping an ideal body weight are imperative. Avoid smoking at all costs. Start a low inflammatory diet such as paleo, ketogenic or plant based diet. Inversion therapy, acupuncture and deep tissue massage are excellent therapies.
