Pain in the wrist with motion.
Pain with range of motion and tenderness to palpation over the torn ligament.
The usual symptoms of the wrist's ligament injury are pain and swelling. It can be diagnosed by a MRI. However, the diagnosis is made after any fracture or dislocation was ruled out.
Pain, swelling, worsening of symptoms with activities using the wrist, I would suggest to see your orthopedic doctor for the assessment.
