I am a 45-year-old male with bad lower back pain and I have difficulty when going to toilet. I am afraid of prostate cancer. What are the symptoms of prostate cancer?

That depends very much on the stage of the disease. Early prostate cancer often has no symptoms. It’s not very common in men as young as you are....unless you have a strong family history of prostate cancer. See your doctor and find out what is causing your symptoms.
