I'm afraid that this question is beyond the scope of this forum. Go to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation website for accurate information on treatment options.
Crohn's disease has different treatment approaches depending on the location of the disease and type of disease presentation.
There are dietary, medical and surgical approaches to treatment of Crohn's disease. Each decision is based on disease type, location and patient preference.
Hello,

Crohn’s disease is usually treated with corticosteroids or immunosuppressants like mercaptopurine to decrease inflammation. Children usually do well.
Good luck!
It depends on the severity. Anti-inflammatory drugs, immune suppressors such as steroids, antibiotics such as flagyl, and biologics such as humira and change in diet. He will usually have to have a colonoscopy to determine the severity of the lesions.
