What are the treatment options for an ear infection?

My 12 year old daughter was diagnosed with an ear infection. What are the treatment options?

Assuming she does have a perforated ear drum. Augmentin, Clarithromycin, Azithromycin
It is according if it is a middle suppurative otitis ,serous otitis or mucoid otitis or external otitis and how long it has been going in and how severe the infection is.
It it is mild it may be treated with allergy meds. If it is severe, it will usually need antibiotics. If it is external, it would need drops.
