What can I do about my dry skin?

I am a 31 year old female and lately my face is very dry. What can I do about my dry skin?

You may be bathing/washing too much. I am not sure if it just on your face or all over the body. Generally, if your face is dry, stick to using a moisturizing soap and only cleanse twice daily. Shower no more than once daily. Moisturizing soaps to try include Dove for sensitive skin, Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, Basis for sensitive skin, or CeraVe facial cleansers.
Moisturizer, avoid hot and long showers, avoid excessively dry environments.

Don’t over wash her face or use harsh scrubs. Get a good facial moisturizer.

Talk to your dermatologist about skin care.
Different things and different lotions can be used depending on if it's summer or winter. Aquaphor and Vaseline are good for winter months, Aveeno soaps and creams/lotions. After a shower, moisturize in the bathroom while there is still some humidity. Please visit your dermatologist to get more recommendations and for your yearly skin exams.
