The best bet would be to go to a dentist and find out what is causing your gum pain. Then a remedy can be offered.
You need to see your dentist. if it is isolated, sometimes it is just something that is stuck under the gums, EX: popcorn kernel, nut shells or even corn. Once that is removed the body heals that up easily. If you are having all over pain, your issues are more concerning. Please see your dentist to determine the cause.

Schedule a dental visit to assess the reason for the discomfort.
Hello I hope you’re feeling well. There are many different types of problems that arise in the soft tissue of the oral cavity. They can be caused by a tooth which Is infected normally caused by a large caries lesion also known a big cavity. Once the cavity has gone deep enough into the tooth it infects the nerve. This can lead to a lesion on the gums. There are other common dental problems such as gingivitis or periodontitis that cause swelling of the gums however these are usually asymptomatic unless an abscess has developed.
You may have an infection in your tooth. See a Dentist.
Gum pain is usually a sign of either acute gingivitis or periodontal disease. If you have bleeding and malodor, you should seek a dental professional for an exam and xrays to diagnose and come up with a treatment plan to treat your condition. The great news, gingivitis is completely reversible with gingival tissue healing at the fastest rate in the human body!
Hard to say without being able to diagnose what is happening. It is important for you to go see a dentist if you are in pain. Pain=Bad
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing gum discomfort. As there can be various reasons for your condition, you need to see your dentist to determine the correct treatment. Meanwhile, please rinse your mouth with warm salty water (1 tsp of salt per glass of water) as many times a day as you can. Hope it helps and you feel better soon, but remember: you still need to see your dentist.
