What can I do for sore nipples during pregnancy?

I am a 23 year old female. I am pregnant and my nipples are sore. What can I do for sore nipples during pregnancy?

Unfortunately, it is pretty much a part of being pregnant. Similar to back pain and all of the other fun things that happen to you. Typically, it does tend to get better as time marches on. Or, at least, the other painful things take over and you forget about your sore nipples. I’m sorry that I could not be more helpful to you.

Cold compresses, Lanolin cream usually work to help soothe sore nipples. You could also change your bra to a maternity bra. Those are usually softer and cause less pressure on the nipples.
