I am sorry to hear you have developed more than one cyst. It is impossible to say without seeing you clinically for an evaluation and not knowing what kind of cyst(s) you have. It would be best for you to have an evaluation and likely to have the cysts treated or biopsied to determine the type of cyst it is and if treatment is required.
Are you sure they are cystic?? Was this diagnosed by your dentist or oral surgeon? Make sure you have a true diagnosis because cysts can either be just that or it could be something else. This is a decision of the surgeon who is completing the biopsy. They can be anything from continuing to grow and causing damage to structures around or it could be cancerous.

It can grow and possibly cause severe damage. Best to be seen by an oral surgeon.
Getting worse.
According to diagnosis, I would want all removed.
