Bone pain can be caused by many problems. One of these is metabolic which would be mineral deficiencies such as calcium, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc and other metals. We can also occur from overuse and development of a stress fracture. Certain muscle tightness as well as strength deficits can cause bone pain. Nerve era Tatian either in the lower spine or leg can cause bone pain. Vascular problems can cause bone pain. The most common and someone of your age group would be overuse with possible early stress fracture or reaction or possibly a metabolic problem. They can also occur if a person is been out of shape for a long time and begins a exercise program. As you can see there are multiple possible problems. I would go through this fairly complete list and if none of these apply to you then certainly see an orthopedic surgeon or your family physician. Good luck
"Bone pain" is a vague term that can mean many things. The most common is knee inflammation, muscle overuse, leg swelling (edema), back degenerative disc disease, or even just muscle fatigue from being on you feet all day. If rest, Advil 3 tablets 3 times a day does not improve your pain, see an orthopedic doctor.

Hope it helps!!
