A gump bump could have many etiologies (causes). It could be an abscess which is commonly painful. It is usually soft to the touch, warm bump on the gums develops when there is an overgrowth of bacteria from plaques. Also, from an open wound that has been infected. A tooth decay can be another reason from the bump. In addition, oral fibromas which are the most common causes, as well as oral cancer which is rare specially at your age. I recommend for you to go to the dentist to check it out. Thank you.
You need to see a dentist to make sure it is not an abscess.

Hard to say without seeing it, could be ulcers or infection. Try to go see a dentist to get it diagnosed.
You need to have a dentist examine them. Possibly infection.
