Nurse Questions Anxiety

What does a panic attack look like?

My 27-year old daughter says that she's had panic attacks recently and that her anxiety level is high. I know very little about it and it would help me a lot to know what panic attack looks like. Thank you!

Significant levels of stress.
Insomnia.
Irritability.
Shortness of breath.
Chest tightness.
Panic attack is a diagnosis of exclusion. In other words your doctor must rule out cardiac, hormonal and other problems than can manifest with similar symptoms.
When breathing is difficult and dizziness and energy levels are up and down in seconds.
