My 9-year-old son has pink eye and needs treatment. What eye drops help with pink eye?

It depends on the cause. If it is allergy use can use visine allergy or opticrom. If it is bacterial you will need an antibiotic drop. If it is viral it will have to run its course use warm compresses and oral benadryl if his eye is itching
