Get her to your ophthalmologist for a full eye exam including dilation.
She needs to have a comprehensive eye examination first to rule out any serious issues.
This can be many things. You should take her to her eye doctor.

It could mean too many things. Most are benign, but you should check it with a pediatric ophthalmologist

I would suggest that you bring your daughter to an eye MD ophthalmologist for a vision check and dilated examination. There are both serious and non-serious conditions for which your child should be evaluated.
An eye examination with a pediatric ophthalmologist.
Good morning,

The best treatment for this would be to schedule an exam to have your child's vision checked. At that time, the doctor can address any issues the child is having and go into better detail with an explanation.
Thank you.
PVD = posterior vitreous detachment. Basically vitreous fluid in the back starts liquefying. Get his eyes dilated.
