Certainly a well-balanced diet rich in fiber, complex starchy foods, vegetables, adequate proteins such as egg, lean meat (beef), or chicken is recommended. This is with the assumption that you have a healthy medical history.
A balanced food:

-Carbohydrate
-Protein
-Fat.
-Minerals and multivitamins

Raw fruits and veggies should make up 60% of your menu. Fruit for breakfast, Veggies with carbs and healthy fats for lunch and veggies with protein for dinner.
