ED is progressive and unfortunately cannot be reversed with today's treatment options. The three options that "work" are initially oral medications, penile injections and finally the penile implant (a surgical option). An inflatable penile implant will cure your ED.

Causes

•Erectile dysfunction occurs when the blood flow to the penis is decreased or the muscles of the penis do not relax
•This could be the result of an underlying physical or psychological condition, or both
•Trauma or injury to the penis or spinal cord
•Diseases of the penis
•Diseases of the heart or blood vessel atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction
•Obesity
•High cholesterol
•High blood pressure
•Diabetes
•Metabolic syndrome – a condition of having high blood pressure, high insulin and cholesterol levels
•Neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease, Multiple sclerosis
•Certain medications like antidepressants, antihistamines
•Tobacco and alcohol use
•Sleep disorders
•Treatments for organs in pelvic area
Psychological conditions:
•Depression
•Anxiety
•Stress
So please be specific and give good history

Many good treatments available. Medical and surgical. Need to be evaluated
There is no permanent cure. Aging affects your erections. Diet and exercise are good. You could look at some treatments such as Gainswave or Caverstem, which can help rejuvenate tissue.
At this time, there is no permanent cure, but what is helpful is clean living, stop smoking, and make sure your cholesterol is in check.
