Endoscopic facial surgery is a less invasive form of surgery which lifts facial tissue by placing stitches under the skin using an endoscope rather than larger incision, which creates direct exposure. The results of such a procedure are far more limited than the more traditional more invasive type of surgeries and are generally only useful in rather young people who are seeking minimal change.
Endoscopic face lift is a rejuvenating surgery that is performed through small incisions using the endoscope to assist in the separation of tissues in the deep plane. Trained surgeons in the technique can perform “Endoforehead,” “Endomidface,” and “Endocervicoplasty.” In other words, the whole face and neck. Click on this link and read the article. Mainly, an endoscopic “facelift” is a gimmick term. A facelift requires a skin incision, regardless of whether the skin dissection is done with or(more commonly) without an endoscope. Take caution that surgeons promoting an endoscopic approach are doing something if added value.

This is an attempt to lift and tighten the face using mini-incisions and a device (endoscope) to visualize the surgery and work through. Very few surgeons do these because the results are often disappointing compared to traditional facelifts.
I am assuming that you are referring to an endoscopic brow lift. An endoscopic browlift lifts the top one third of the face using small incisions that are hidden within the scalp. The reason that it is called endoscopic is because it utilizes a small camera to achieve the dissection.
