Ask the dentist that placed them.
If you had porcelain crown or denture over implant, the best is to see your dentist. To remove stain baking soda mixed with hydrogen peroxide to make it like a paste must do the job! or any teeth whitening tooth paste! If stain is persistent, see your dentist! for more info click here on following links:

Brushing regularly and using other method of hygiene such as rinse and floss
Crowns that are attached to an implant are generally either porcelain or Zirconia. Neither of these material attract stain. Non abrasive peroxide base stain removers are my preference. They remove extrinsic stains pretty well.
By that you mean the crown of the implant I assume! For crowns, usually brushing with pumice works best. Some teeth whitening materials also work like hydrogen peroxide.
Typically implants themselves do not get stained they are generally submerged below the gum tissue. Stains on crowns however probably can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
The dental implant crown or the implant fixture itself? Professional cleaning/polishing of the crown by your hygienist can remove the stain. If there is a defect or rough texture on the surface of the crown, then it may be difficult to remove the stain.
You need a professional office visit to analyze the problem and type of prosthetics materials in your mouth.
