Our eye is filled with a gel-like structure called the vitreous. As we age, the vitreous starts to thicken forming clumps or strands. These strands are what you see as floaters. This is a normal aging process and there are no supplement available to decrease or eliminate them. New onset of floaters should be evaluated with an ophthalmologic evaluation.
Why do you want to take a supplement for a potentially blinding problem? Most floaters are a sign of aging, but can result from a hemorrhage in your eye from a number of diseases. See an ophthalmologist.
No supplement will make any difference for eye floaters. You will need an ophthalmological examination to see if the floaters are an early warning of eye problems.
Wear sunglasses to get relief.
