Hello,
Depends of the degrees and severity of your curvature.
1. Chiropractic treatment/stretching exercises/physiotherapy/massage
2. Brace
3. Surgery
Find a chiropractor who specializes in scoliosis. We can all help scoliosis but you want someone who treats scoliosis every day and specializes in biomechanics.
The best treatment for scoliosis is a combination and rehabilitation exercise. It must be determined were the joints if the spine are locked, causing the scoliosis. Then the chiropractic adjustments are used to restore the integrity of the joints. If this is not done first, the spine will not move back into place no mater how much exercise you do. Rehabilitation of the surrounding structures is important to move and strengthen the spine to further correction.
The treatment for scoliosis is entirely dependent on whether the patient has functional or structural scoliosis. This can only be determined via X-ray analysis. Once the type and severity of the scoliosis is identified, then treatment plans can be developed. For most minimal, functional-type scoliosis cases, routine chiropractic care along with therapeutic exercises can minimize patient discomfort from the condition and can even, in some cases, correct the curvature over time. More serious cases can also benefit from chiropractic care, but more patient information would be ended to make those clinical decisions.

Chiropractic first, then physical therapy, then surgery.
Chiropractic is a licensed doctor who does diagnosis and either preforms and/or recommends treatment. The question is what is causing the problem with the spine and that requires diagnosis. Diagnosis can't be done without an examination. If the cause is postural then Chiropractic care with it's many therapeutic treatments including exercises is the treatment of choice. However, if the problem has a structural component the treatments will still help, but may not totally eliminate the underlying cause. Don't wait to have the examination as the younger the patient is when the problems is detected and treated the better.
Once you have past puberty scoliosis is very difficult to reverse. The best thing for you now would be to strengthen your back muscles to help pull the spine more equally. Physical Therapy is great for this issue.
