What shows up on a CT scan of the lungs?

I am a 39 year old female and I will have a CT scan of lungs. What shows up on a CT scan of the lungs?

cancer and lung disease. almost everything.
Hopefully nothing. A CT of the lungs allows us to look at any problem in the lung tissue and can look for lymph nodes in the chest. Occasionally you can find problems in the upper abdomen or newer neck
You can see a lot of abnormality like pneumonia, cancer, heart problems, congestive heart failure, TB, bronchitis, broken bones(ribs, sternum, thoracic spine), metastatic cancer, enlarged lymph nodes, fluid or blood in the chest, emphysema, coal dust inhalation, etc...
Lung disease or cancer.
Your lungs, bones, and heart and soft tissues.
