What tests should I do for gonorrhea?

I am 22 year old male. I think I have an STD and want to have tests for gonorrhea. What tests should I do for gonorrhea?

Gonorrhea can be diagnosed by testing the urine, urethral (men), or endocervical and vaginal (for women) specimens using nucleic acid amplification testing (NAAT). Also is diagnosed using gonorrhea culture which requires endocervical or urethral swab specimen. Thank you.
Usually they culture the discharge from the penis but they also treat with antibiotics. Do not hesitate to tell your doctor that you have a problem with your penis because it’s totally confidential. They will ask about your history if the test is positive because they want to make sure they get your partners treated. If not treated, it can cause problems becoming pregnant as it causes pelvic inflammatory disease. And if not treated then you will spread it to any females that you have sex with. The best thing is to get treated ASAP so please seek medical assistance.
Testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia are a simple urine sample or swab of purulent discharge. But now we use urine.
Swap and culture
Your doctor can swab the area in question and send it off for testing.

Most of the time, urine can be used to test for gonorrhea. However, if you have had oral and/or anal sex, swabs may be used to collect samples from your throat and/or rectum. In some cases, a swab may be used to collect a sample from a man's urethra (urine canal) or a woman's cervix (opening to the womb).
