What therapy is best for stress?

I am a 28 year old male and I have stress. What therapy is best for stress?

CBT is commonly used
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can be helpful - maintain a healthy lifestyle as well such as eating habits, exercise, time to relax, have a regular sleep pattern, avoid alcohol/caffeine, green teas would be better to manage stress, massage therapy, meditation all could help reduce stress.
CBT is a good start in addition to meditation.
