What triggers Crohn's disease?

I am a 24 year old male and I have to manage my Crohn's disease. What triggers Crohn's disease?

The exact cause is not known, but stress may trigger it. Take care of diet, too.
We don't know a lot about this but some things that appear to trigger Crohn's or make it flare include having certain genetic profiles, smoking cigarettes, taking antibiotics at an early age, absence of prior breast feeding as a newborn, stress, a Western diet.
NSAID type drugs and nicotine are known "triggers" of flares.
It’s an autoimmune condition. An acute exacerbation may be caused by any stressful situation.
