I feel like I'm wheezing when I breathe. I hear it in my voice and also feel it in my chest. It keeps making me cough. Could it be sign of something serious?

It all depends on age and if you have had this prior, or if this is new. If this is new, you should bring this to the attention of your primary care physician and see if they can help, or if you might need an additional test such as a chest X-ray.
