Why am I having trouble focusing my eyes?

I have trouble getting my eyes to focus. It's very annoying and I have headaches because of it. Why could this be happening?

See an ophthalmologist.
Accommodative problem. Most likely you need an eye exam.
Aging, dry eyes and diseases can cause these problems.

There are many reasons to have difficulty focusing amongst the more common are dry eyes or the need for glasses. However there are also more serious conditions that can lead ho blurry vision as well. Please contact your ophthalmologist for a complete eye examination to determine the cause specific to you.
There are many possible reasons. I would recommend an eye exam from a professional.

You did not mention your age. The most common cause of headaches actually related to the eyes (most headaches are unrelated to the eyes) is underlying hyperopia (a need for glasses). As one ages, this becomes more of an issue and eventually also causes difficulty with near vision termed presbyopia. Your best bet is to set up an appointment with an ophthalmologist to have this worked out.
