Why are my eyes sensitive to light?

I am a 21 year old male. My eyes are very sensitive to light. What could be the cause?

A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
If you have light eyes blue or green they have less pigment and you would be more light sensitive than a brown eye person . If you are on computer a lot you could have dry eye that could make you more sensitive to light . Also there is an eyelid condition called blepharitis that can make you eyes sensitive as well . You could try artificial tears OTC if that doesn’t help seek help from Eyecare professional
