Poororal hygiene, smoking, hormonal changes, autoimmune disease, infections, some of the medications can cause inflammation of the gums. Please follow up wih your dentist to find the cause
Dear Patient,

Redness means inflammation, and sensitive means you have an infection due to bacteria or consuming acidic food. You should visit your treating dentist for treatment.
Your gums/teeth can be sensitive if you don’t floss once a day and brush your teeth 2 to 3 times a day and use mouthwash such as Listerine or crest Pro health. Do you see your dentist regularly for a check-up twice a year?
There are many reasons, possibly medication, you might have the start of gingivitis. If you are a mouth breather that can also be a factor. You need to consult your dentist or specialist.
Consult your dentist.
You need to see your dentist. Have your dentist examine your teeth and gums, have x-rays taken. You need to have your teeth cleaned and ask how you should be flossing and brushing correctly daily. You may have inflamed
gums and the way you keep your teeth and mouth healthy is to floss correctly daily and brush your teeth twice a day. Plaque forms every day and crystallizes in 24 to 48 hours.
Once it crystallizes only dental INSTRUMENTS can remove it. If you do not floss correctly daily,
you will loose your teeth eventually.
