“why are my hands red and itchy”

Hello there! A common reason is inflammation of the skin of the hands for inadequate moisturing, excessive washing, contact with triggers such as chemicals or gloves, and different infections. There are many other reasons for a ‘hand dermatitis’. I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose this skin condition so appropriate treatment can be given!
