“Why do I experience back spasms?”
I'm a 40-year-old male and have been experiencing back spasms lately. I've never had problems with my back before. Why does this happen?

Have an X-Ray performed to find out
This can happen for many different reasons. Over time a small dysfunction of a structure in the back can get worse and eventually cause pain or a spasm. I recommend getting a Chiropractic examination to identify and treat the cause of your issue.
