I am a 19 year old female. I have had shoulder pain for already 2 weeks after a sports injury. Will I need surgery or rehab for intense shoulder pain?

You need to be seen by a sports Dr. A diagnosis needs to be made to answer your questions
Most likely rehab. Obviously depends on proper diagnosis of the injury
You need an evaluation first to determine the underlying cause. Proper testing should be done to determine the best treatment.
For your age I would always start with rehab.
