Ingredients for a matcha flax acai bowl
The ingredients that you will need are:
- One and a half cups of frozen mixed berries
- One teaspoon of unsweetened matcha powder
- One teaspoon of unsweetened acai powder
- One tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- One fourth to one half cup of almond milk
- One tablespoon of raw honey
Use a blender to blend everything together, and add milk as needed to get the texture and thickness you are looking for. Rainbow acai bowl
- 100 grams of pureed acai
- One half of a banana
