As human beings, we are used to being in control and on the go all the time. Unfortunately, cancer diagnosis forces you to stop in your tracks. This does not mean that you should stop moving or give up; it simply means that you should drop all expectations of yourself. If you feel tired, get some sleep. If you feel sad, let it out and cry. Once you learn to accept your feelings, you will accept yourself more.
