After 30 days of waist training, Corvino survived and came out with some lessons learned. She thinks that the brace actually did some good to help her posture when she was at work. Because she's always staring at the computer and hunched over typing away, she goes home at the end of the day with killer back pain. The brace was so tight it didn't allow for poor posture even in a seated position. Corvino felt like her posture improved after the waist trainer. Though she did feel slimmer and less bloated, the results definitely weren't as apparent as promised. She did feel that she lost a bit from her waist, and even felt that it was easier to put on the brace after a few weeks.
