What Women with Breast Cancer Want Others to Know

They may want help with their own responsibilities

If they have a family, take care of them too. It's hard enough to battle cancer; try adding kids to the mix! If you can, help your loved one take the kids to school or babysit for a night. The small and temporary relief still means the world to someone who has been battling cancer. Hanging out with their spouse can also help your loved one feel better that they haven't been able to be there for their significant other as much as they would like.
