Young Soccer Player Wins Ovarian Cancer Battle

Trina was blessed by her support system

While the doctors worked extra hard to help Trina fight off her cancer, Trina's family and friends from school all came together to support her through her treatment journey. At one point, her peers started a bracelet campaign to lift Trina's spirits and fight alongside her. Trina had playfully nicknamed her tumor Harold, and so all her friends made bracelets that said: "I hate Harold". You can see Trina and her friends and family all wearing these light-hearted yet meaningful signs of support on their wrists.
