How the Body's Natural Movements Can Stress Ovarian Cells

All this work is really exciting stuff, but they didn't do it alone. With the help of funding from the National Science Foundation and the Virginia Tech Institute for Critical Technology and Applied Science, the researchers were able to see their project through. The work was accomplished because of the successful collaboration between multiple departments, including the department of biomedical engineering and mechanics, department of human nutrition, foods, and exercise, and the Biocomplexity Institute.
