Get to know Family Physician Dr. Cammie Fulp, who serves patients in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Dr. Fulp is a trusted family physician at Cone Health Community Health & Wellness Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Community Health & Wellness Center is a patient-centered practice. It provides integrated care in an effort to achieve positive patient experiences and improve patient health care outcomes. The team of providers support patients in their wellness journeys as well as provide chronic disease management, lab testing, health education, and much more.

A 1996 graduate of Wake Forest School of Medicine, Dr. Fulp went on to perform her residency in family medicine at Medical University Hospital Authority in 1999.

Dedicated to excellence, she is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.

Licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina, Dr. Fulp is affiliated with Cone Health Moses Cone Hospital, Cone Health Wesley Long Hospital, and Cone Health Women’s and Children’s Center at Moses Cone Hospital.
