Dr. Jeffrey A Zlotnick is a Family and Sports Medicine Physician in West Reading, PA. As a Family Physician, Dr Zlotnick sees patients of all ages for preventative medicine and those with a broad range of medical issues. As a Sports Medicine Physician, Dr. Zlotnick is trained to assess, diagnose, prevent, and treat sports injuries and medical problems in patients of all ages, and refer those patients to further services if needed. Family / Sports Medicine Physicians must complete specialized training in order to help each patient maximize function and improve quality of life.
Dr Zlotnick is most proud of his being the Senior Clinical Director and developer of the MedFest program; a joint initiative between Special Olympics NJ and the NJ Academy of Family Physicians. In 2016 he was honored by SONJ being elected to the “Hall of Fame” and by Special Olympics International with the “Golisano Health Leadership Award”
Currently Dr Zlotnick is a Faculty Associate at the Tower Health Family Medicine Residency Program.
